When in doubt, MAKE GOOD ART
1. Make Good Art
I’m a walking confusion machine.
I’m confused all the time. Thinking about the decision I need to make or doubting the decisions I have made.
“Should I do this or that”
“Should I Continue this or stop that”
“Did I lock my studio door or will a cat burglar come and steal everything I own”
See what I’m talking about?
And during times such as this, I try to resort to this little piece of advice from writer Neil Gaiman which is
“Make Good Art”
Make. Good. Art. As simple as that.
Do your best and keep doing that. Things should be fine. I think.
Here’s the speech in which Gaiman shares this little nugget of wisdom.
2. Being Flexible = Being Successful.
This is a post I came across from a musician I follow on Instagram, @Hirstmusic and found it really interesting.
