The 5/25 Rule
1. How to Avoid Regret in Life?
Here's a useful framework I came across in a book called 'The Getting Things Done Book' on how to avoid regret in life by using a simple rule : 5/25. It's essentially this 👇 - Write 25 things you want to achieve in life. - Look at that list and highlight 5 most important items. - Throw the other 20 away and only focus on the 5. The idea is - Learning to say NO to things you like so that you can say YES to things you love. Try to do this on a 2-year time horizon if an entire life seems too big of a time frame.
2. Daily Doodles
I've been doing 1 Doodle a day as part of my daily practice. And it's often a trigger to a much longer practice session of 1-2hrs. Here are some doodles from last week ✏️

3. Favourite Quote of the Week
"People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I'm actually as proud of the things we haven't done as the things I have done. Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things" - Steve Jobs
Shhh...SECRET That's it for this week folks! See you in the next one :) Best, Kesh.
