Making a Comic?
1. Making a Comic Cover Poster
Here's a fun little assignment I gave myself - Create a comic style cover poster.
And here's what I came up with 👇

And here's the progress shots...

(No, I'm not creating a comic book) This illustration is part of the final project lesson in my upcoming course - 'Cartooning People from Life', in which we talk about colours and ways to go about finding it in a complex piece such as this one. Check it out if it's something that interests you.
2. Billionaires advice to Young people I came across this really interesting interview from Noah Kagan who interviewed the founder of Kinkos. He later sold the company in a billion dollar deal and now talks about the whole experience and going through it all.
Some takeaways for me:
💸 Don't chase money, it's never enough.
👪 Family is important.
💰 A billion dollars won't make you happy.
😴 Having the ability to wake up everyday without having to worry about money is one of the upsides of having a heck ton of money.
🏃 Don't spend money on useless crap, it will catch up to you.
📝 Spend your 20s trying things, 30s zoning in on one thing, 40s mastering it and your 50s not having to worry about anything.
3. Favourite Quote of the Week
"Wealth consists not in having great possessions,
But in having few wants"
- Epictetus
That's it for this week folks!
See you in the next one :)
Best,
Kesh.
