Don't Forget to be an Artist

1. Don't forget to be an Artist Most creators deep in their journey lost in the 'technical' side of making art. I.e the methods, the techniques and the how to's. And they forget to be an Artist. I.e to do something with those techniques like telling a story, exploring an idea or sharing a message. Being lost in the technical isn't for me. Art is a means to an end, not the end itself. so be an artist, if it's something that interests you.  2K.I.S.S - Keep it stupid simple. This is probably one of the few strategies that has worked well in my art and life. Keeping the process simple, without overthinking things apparently gets things done? (like this newsletter being typed on my notes app) Something to chew on.

3. Favourite Quote from Last week

( this particular one slapped me in my face when I came across it ) "The Only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" - Edmund Burke Bonus! Here's some Line art of the drawings I made this week.

So those are the three ideas for this week folks! I'll be sharing 3 short and crisp ideas related to art and creativity every thursday over here on the newsletter. Stay well, Kesh
